Details:

Studies about sexual behaviour of various bat species show that they perform fellatio while copulating. Mating pairs spent more time copulating if the female did so, thus facilitating the conduction of semen to the oviduct.
In addition, saliva would prevent both partners from contracting STD (Sexually Transmitted Diseases).
And that's how a BJ becomes an advantage for the reproduction!
