Spitiful.

Nicolas Sarkozy never graduated from Sciences-Po (French School of Political Science) due to an insufficient command of the English language.

Details:

He however obtained a MA in Private Law from Paris X-Nanterre and a MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) in Business Law.
Furthermore, he is doing Carla Bruni… Respect !

The UK Wikipedia says DEA Degree in Business Law, but the french version of Wikipedia and Le Nouvel Observateur both say DEA Degree in political science.
