This DYK is quite meaningless in your language.
In french, you should not write “autant pour moi” but “au temps pour moi”.
This expression has military origins and is still in use in relations with orchestra. When the conductor is lost or makes a mistake, he might say “au temps pour moi” which means that he wants to go back to a special measure.
The military origin refers to steps in military parades.
