The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission determined years ago the product to be a choking and aspiration hazard for young kids and thus are seized and destructed at customs. In 2009, about 25,000 of these chocolate eggs have been seized by US customs.

They are kinder surprise eggs in UK. Hollow chocolate eggs, with a small toy inside.
