Mill Ends Park (Portland, US-OR) is the world-smallest park and covers a total area of 452 sq in (0.292 m2).

Details:

The park covers a two feet large circled area, located along the Willamette River, in Portland. It was built on St Patrick's day to “the only leprechaun colony west of Ireland”, according to its creator.

Over the years, the park has been providing a swimming pool for butterflies, a tiny horseshoe, etc.
