In Switzerland, if you fail too many times your driving test you might have to consult a psychologist to check your ability to drive.

Laws differ from a county to another but usually after a number of failures, your right to apply for a driving license can be denied (temporarily or not).
In the county of Vaud, the law specifies that you are allowed to take a fourth and last test only if you can provide a psychiatric evaluation proving that you are mentally fit to drive.
In case of failure in this evaluation, the applicant will have to wait two years before applying again.
